Both of us (Robbie and Melissa), are originally from central Florida. We were married in 2007 and loved to travel our first 5 years of marriage. We cruised in Alaska for our honeymoon, traveled through Ireland in hostels with our friends, cruised across the Atlantic to Spain, France, and Italy, visited Canada with family, and traveled around the US a bit as well. All before any kiddos were in the picture.

We dealt with infertility for 3 years before we were able to have our first daughter. It was a long road, and we still enjoyed the time we got to spend together – just the two of us, but we are very thankful for our little additions to our family!

Recently we became a family of 5! Our youngest was born in March 2016. He is a perfect complement to his two older sisters (ages 2 and 4). It’s a tad crazy around the house these days – but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Having three kids ages 4 and under is challenging, and not for the weak! Being a parent is one of the toughest, most rewarding jobs that is out there. We had no idea what we were getting into! ha.family pic

Both of us are entrepreneurs and have big passions for what we do!

Robbie has been buying and selling used items from flea markets, thrift stores and yard sales for 20 years now, and he now teaches people how to do it with his online course. In 2015 he made $42K part time, and our numbers aren’t in yetfor 2016, but it should be close to $80K with about 25-30 hours per week. His website is fleamarketflipper.com.

Melissa has been a personal trainer in the Orlando area for almost 10  years and recently took a break from it to focus on raising our kids. She works with a health and wellness company called Isagenix so she can still help people improve their health – but from home (or RV) with the kids. Her blog is recapturefitness.com

We both have a HUGE passion for family, which is why we wanted to do this trip. Focus on connecting our family, and most importantly, our marriage. Young kids can put a strain on a marriage because they are very demanding of time. We wanted to put our marriage first, and what better way to do that then to travel together for 365 days out of the year! (haha- this could get interesting).

Thanks for joining in on the fun!

Robbie and Melissa

We are a couple with a crazy idea to sell most everything we own and travel for a year in a 5th wheel... with our 3 kids that are ages 4 and under. We are probably a little bit crazy, but we are excited to start fresh with less stuff! And travel the United States while we do it.
